Owing to adopting many up-to-date technology, e.g. laser welding, our PEX-AL-PEX pipe have excellent performance
Comparison with the same kind of product
Our product have strong welding beam. High adhesion strength and burst pressure, good roundness. Owing to the following reason;
A. Adopting and most up-to-date and controlling advance technology-laser welding.
B. Using laser measurement for controls the diameter in each steps.

Separated production steps
Using separated production steps can avoid many disadvantages coming from one-step processing method
A. Easy to control the precision and quality of the product
B. Can settle the common problem of uneven and bad adhesion for one-step precessing method.
Adopt the most up-to-date welding method ---laser welding
A. Thanks to the concentricity of laser, the energy is concentered in one point. It can weld in extreme low temperature so it does not affect the inner pipe and adhesive.
B. While use arc---welding method the heating surface is large and the welding temperature is very high. So the adhesive is remelt and flow away ,the adhesion becomes uneven.
C. Thanks to the high precision fo laser welding,
the welding beam is strong and very even.
